Under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program, under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Ohio will receive over 100 million dollars across the next five years for Direct Current (DC) Fast chargers to be installed along designated Alternative Fuel Corridors. FACT: You can actually save (on average) $4,600 on maintenance costs and $1,200 on fuels costs over the life of the electric vehicle. Also consider that batteries are covered under a 100K mi, 8 year warranty, even though batteries are made to last up to 20 years, and federal tax credits up to $7,500 are available.
