CERTIFIED EV DEALER PROGRAM

Your dealership will be included on an interactive map of Certified EV Dealerships in Ohio. EV buyers will be able to search for Certified EV Dealers based on their location, and your dealership’s logo, address, and contact information will be available both on the map and in the list of results below the map.

Drive Electric Ohio and our chapters host EV Ride & Drive events throughout Ohio. When an event is happening in your area, your dealership will be one of the first calls we make to secure vehicles for that event, giving you the opportunity to contact up to hundreds of Test Drives in a single day depending on the size of the event. When you participate, your dealership will be featured in all digital and physical event materials.

DEO will produce a regularly updated “Certified EV Dealers in Ohio” list that includes all current Certified Dealers, as well as their contact information, and makes and models available from your dealership.

Upon completion of the application process and training course, DEO will provide your dealership with resources and materials that can be kept and utilized at your dealership for EV sales purposes. This can include things like EV benefits sheets to provide to sales staff, EV 101 information guides to give to consumers, and more.
