Clean Fuels Ohio entered 2019 with the aggressive expansion goal of doubling in size in 3 years. As we progressed into 2020, we were well on our way to reaching that goal. However, the growth in staff numbers and scope of projects and services begged the question: Does our brand effectively convey who we are to our external partners? After much conversation, we decided that we needed a brand that both encompassed who we are and what we do.

The team went to work exploring our options. We knew we needed a crisp new look that painted us as an approachable, knowledgeable, and progressive organization. We wanted to convey to our audience a feeling of inclusivity and understanding that as the industry grows, we will too. As a transportation-focused nonprofit covering the entirety of the state, we wanted our brand to show that we represent  all inherently cleaner fuels and vehicle technologies and work on behalf of all Ohioans.

As we continue to grow, shift, and change with the industry, we believe that our new branding and website will do the same. That it will still represent who we are as an organization and what we stand for: furthering the adoption and deployment of alternative fuels and vehicle technologies benefits the health and safety of all Ohioans and makes our economy all the more prosperous.
