Personal information includes but is not limited to name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. This also includes past information submitted to Clean Fuels Ohio. This policy does not include the practices of our affiliate and member organizations that may collect personal information. Information Collection and Use Clean Fuels Ohio collects information from our members when they register for membership. We also collect personal information when users register for events and/or mailings. This information often includes e-mail addresses, phone number, and place of business. Clean Fuels Ohio uses this information to contact the member(s) and/or registree about the event for which the information was submitted. Clean Fuels Ohio may also use this information to contact you about upcoming events pertinent to your interest and/or industry. Information Sharing and Disclosure Clean Fuels Ohio does not sell nor share personal information in a marketing or "for-profit" sense. We may share contact information with third parties to serve the objectives of our organization or an affiliate organization. For example, if you were an ethanol distributor and registered for a seminar on ethanol fuel and, later, a partner organization wished to contact someone who sold ethanol, we might share your phone number with that organization.
